ACT No. 003 which deals:

Final reunion with the team to evaluate the proposed event.


Topics to be covered:


Aspects or factors that were positive for the achievement of the objectives of the event, what were the constraints to fulfill their duties and how to resolve these conditions.


POSITIVE ASPECTS:

A positive aspect was to have tools like the Internet, facilitating communication with other committees, as well as research into the performance.

The willingness of people in the organizing committee to work on their computers to make the event.

The guidelines for the development of comprehensive and specific activity were able to develop.

The amount of money provided was sufficient for the event.


Limitations:

The lack of cooperation by the other committees for the delivery of information necessary for the event.

The lack of communication from people attending the meetings planned by the organizing committee, to his fellow committee.

The weather was not enough, because sometimes we had to do other activities other than the proposal.

Despite the sending of information via the internet the other committees were not answered.


Troubleshooting:

Since the idea of the activity was carried out by any technological means that were sometimes touched personally go to the other committees to give or receive information.

As time is not reached, we met in extra time with the organizing committee to complete.

Was cited at various meetings with other committees to solve problems that were presented in the activity.
